The most useful details are the property location, approximate area to clear, ground condition, access, and what you want the area to look like when finished. If part of the property is soft, low, wet, or near a creek, pond, marsh, or shoreline, mention that in the request. I'll look at the access, the ground, and what you want cleared, then tell you what can realistically be handled with the machine. Stump removal, excavation, grading, mature tree removal, and tight residential tree work usually need a different contractor.
